A whole woman knows her own worth, she invests in HERself because she is the heartbeat of her home, her business & community

About Kylie
I established The Whole Woman Project as a sanctuary where women could glean insights from health leaders & empower themselves to seize control of their well-being.
This is a place where women can join leading minds in lifestyle medicine and take control of their own health.
"Woman are smart & given the tools are able to really nurture themselves. I mean imagine a society where health information is shared generationally? Women who undertake this course can share with their families & as a result this makes healthier & stronger communities, it benefits everyone as a whole.
I built this program because 2 years ago after the birth of my second child, my own health felt out of control
This project is a recipe of my life's work, 20 years experience with food & clinical nutrition; the ingredients are made up of my mentors wisdom, my own personal health story, my research & the countless stories I hear from woman in clinic. Burnout is pervasive ! It's sneaky & debilitating.
I've been where you are, I’ve walked in your shoes!
My personal encounter with crappy health & burnout came at 23, a result of pushing myself relentlessly in professional high end kitchens and 80hr ++ working weeks & studying. I spent years unravelling the ‘why’ behind it all. Again in my late 30's, a PCOS diagnosis, adrenals that just couldn't keep up with my drive & two children later…. I struggled to find the answers, or if I did the information was priced at 10k or more.
"I was shocked in my information gathering to witness the persistent underrepresentation of women in health research."
This is what I want The Whole Woman Project to change.
Women centered health education should be accessible to all income brackets.
Today as a registered Clinical Nutritionist my passion is supporting women with evidence backed nutrition.
As part of our assessment I use state of the art functional testing, culinary and personalised diet & lifestyle medicine to support my each woman individually.
That early burnout journey led me to retrain & earn both a Bachelors degree in Health science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine) and my Post Grad Diploma in Human Nutrition Research. [Deakin]
I'm nearly 40 now, & joyfully embrace the role of a dedicated mum to two spirited boys, (whom I had at 35 & 37) now fully charged with the ENERGY to match their enthusiasm
